Widespread but unofficial reports have been received that Arapaho model Damon Audigier died Monday of suicide.
Audigier had worked with C1R, Falcon, Colt, Citiboyz, and Pride Sites. He was nominated for a 2011 Grabby. He was 21 years old.
Early in his career he was charged with murder in his hometown of El Reno, Oklahoma. Charges against him were reduced and ultimately dropped. Apparently the culprit was an older man with an extensive criminal record with whom Audigier and some women had ridden to a party where an altercation resulting in a fatal stabbing occurred.
Audigier is warmly remembered by many in the industry.
