'kailIn/ proper noun
- Bruce Kaelin, nicknamed "Kato" after a sidekick
character in comics books and a radio program, was a virtually
unknown failed baseball player when he achieve brief, but
short-lived, fame by residing in O.J. Simpson's pool house when
Simpson's former wife and a waiter were killed. Kato testified to
hearing a thump outside of his window on the night of the murder,
but his contribution to the failing prosecution of Simpson was
considered equivocal at best.
